Complete refurbishment, subterranean and superstructure extension of a large listed residential property in Notting Hill. Works included façade retention, demolition, superstructure remodeling with masonry, composite concrete floors and structural steel, cosmetic masonry, excavated underpinning, contiguous piling, reinforced concrete works and sprayed concrete, drainage and waterproofing. Works are nearing completion.
