The Supersump is the only pump of its kind to have full BBA certification and unique patented water watch alarm system. An optional Ultrasump battery back up system can be added for extra peace of mind.
WaterGuard
WaterGuard is an innovation from Abtech Basement Systems, it allows water to flow to your sump below the floor. It reduces water pressure at the important wall floor junction. The patented WaterGuard system is installed within the floor wall junction around the edge of the basement. It has holes to accept water and a special flange that allows it to collect the water that runs down the wall before it reaches the floor. There are currently over 24,000m WaterGuard systems installed in the U.K. each year.
Membrane Systems
Our cavity drainage membranes are installed in many different situations from very wet basements liable to flooding through to damp walls and cellar conversion work. Combined with the cavity they provide thermal properties as well which assist in providing thermal resistance creating warmer environments. Drying times of finishes are also drastically reduced.
ThermalDry Floor Tiles
The thermal dry floor tile system transforms damp and cold concrete floors into a dry, floors suitable for carpets. It is only about 6mm thick and has great advantages over the standard membrane and floating floor solutions. At Abtech we have found this recent addition to our range a very popular choice in cellar conversions, and basements that have limited headroom.
